Overview

since its inception The Fund had promoted for the Promotion of Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation, coordinated and cooperated with all international donors to design training programs that aimed at spreading awareness and education in the field of rationalizing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency in addition to renewable energy systems, as follows:

Cooperation with the European Union / Technical and Technical Assistance Program in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy first EU / REEEI to train public sector employees in energy efficiency and renewable energy with 100% donor support.

We cooperated with the USAID / ESCB Energy Capacity Building Project funded by the United States Agency for International Development to conduct specialized training programs with international certifications in the field of energy management and renewable energy for government ministry employees, with support of 100% of the cost of these projects.

Cooperated with the European Union / EU / REEEII technical and technical assistance program in the field of energy efficiency and the second renewable energy to train engineers and engineers from the public and private sectors in the field of a PA-CEMP expert energy management course that is held through the Engineers Training Center at the Jordanian Engineers Association in coordination And cooperation with the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Egypt, which is RECREEE, where the EU / REEEII program supports 50 dinars / per participant, and the fund supports 50 dinars / per participant, so the cost of the course after the support becomes 250 dinars instead of 350 dinars.

Objectives

Developing the appropriate financial support products “windows” that will create specialized training courses related to energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions to develop the necessary skills for engineers, technicians, and specialists working in the energy sector and hence, contribute to the growth of the sector. 2 phases of training courses with 506 trainee, 30% female and 70% male.
